Everyone creates these amazing lists of resolutions, intentions, and goals, proclaiming “new year, new me”, only to settle back into old behaviors and habits. How can you expect change if you don’t? It doesn’t work that way… change won’t work until you change.
Take responsibility for your future by committing to more than just talk. Hold yourself accountable to action, but don’t set yourself up for failure with grandiose ideas that you’ll never do. Try this… There are 52 weeks in the year. Pick one thing to do differently each week and watch what happens.
Give the new you a fighting chance by committing to one thing each week. And really solidify it with an accountability partner or a coach for check-ins to make sure you are on track.
